The She’s in Power hand-on mentorship program is designed to grow and inspire the women who will be tomorrow’s clean energy leaders. Innovating a more sustainable community today. Developing the diverse clean energy workforce of tomorrow through hands-on projects and mentorships.

She’s in Power pairs the best and brightest in clean energy today with the young women who will shape the clean energy economy’s future through hands-on learning projects.

She’s in Power teams made up of volunteer mentees (Sparks), mentors (Energizers) and community partners will develop and deploy hands-on independent Power Projects, each working to measurably reduce greenhouse gases in Fort Collins. Working together, they’ll roll up their sleeves to:
- Catalyzing clean energy projects with solar installations and solar modeling
- Evaluating electric vehicle infrastructure and cost structures
- Generating clean energy awareness through community outreach and education
- Increasing energy efficiency with advanced energy technologies and assessment
She’s in Power (formerly Colorado C3E) is a 501(c)(3) Colorado nonprofit organization.
