Mentoring Program and Talent Pipeline
It’s not easy to go into a field and succeed when you’re underrepresented. She’s in Power strives to recruit and support women and girls in clean energy through the She’s in Power mentoring program subcommittee. This flagship initiative is designed to connect women at every stage of their careers with hands-on, real-world projects with partner organizations.
Outreach
One of the core resources She’s in Power provides is a network of like-minded peers. The outreach subcommittee is responsible for coordinating and growing She’s in Power’s network of people, information, and resources. The flagship initiative is the Women’s Clean Energy Network – an initiative to grow the She’s in Power network by joining one thousand women together, each one with a unique story on their contribution to the Colorado clean energy economy.
