About the Program:
The She’s in Power Program matches emerging professional women (Sparks) with a professional mentor (Energizer) while they complete an internship or other short-term work experience. In addition to mentoring, the program provides professional development and community-building opportunities in a cohort experience. Don’t have an internship yet? Check out our job board, which hosts paid opportunities from our partners that provide you with meaningful and relevant experience.

We have a strong track record of success with our projects — many lead to ongoing project work or employment.
